Another mini-stepper!
Fabulous news reached 39steps on Monday 17 August. Our latest team member, Archie Callum Thomson was born! Like many newbies, he’s just learning the ropes at the moment, but he’s settling in well and is hoping to expand his skill set over the coming months. Julie and Steven are feeling very proud and very tired.
Art attack
39steps recently held their first ever exhibition event at their studio. We are keen to promote local artists and our nice white walls are the ideal canvas to do so. As well as an opportunity for artists to exhibit and sell their work we think it’s a great way for clients and colleagues to meet, network and buy art for their own office space. It’s also going to be great for our team to be surrounded by fantastic inspiring images. A win-win situation all round!
We’re currently showcasing Lindsay Perth’s ‘Ecologies’ exhibition until Fri 30th October 2009, feel free to drop by and have a look (Tues and Thurs 10am-2pm). Thanks again to all those who attended the launch night and we look forward to seeing you at the next one.
Outlook is good for Open University
We’d like to welcome The Open University of Scotland on board as our newest client. We’ll be creating echo campaigns of their regular Open Outlook newsletter as well as printed versions. The newsletter is a valuable tool in keeping in touch with current clients and prospects, as well as reaching new leads to promote interest in the business.
Scottish Hockey up their game
39steps have been appointed by Scottish Hockey to promote their new ‘Stronger Game’ initiative within schools and clubs. An identity, marketing/coaching materials and a folder are to be initially created, aimed at coaches and PE teachers. The programme aims to promote the game of hockey encouraging long term development within Scotland’s youth going forward onto professional level.
RBS and 39steps make it happen
We’ve worked closely with RBS to create an interactive iMag offering deals and savings to staff as part of the Employees Flexible Benefits Programme. A number of echo email campaigns and intranet pages were also created aimed at customers and internal staff, respectively. The marketing department at RBS see email as an important avenue in improving continuous communications with stakeholders, including staff, clients, prospects and the media.
