Festive Froggy Fun

Dec. 8th 2009

Scottish SPCA froggy fundraising pack

Scottish SPCA asked us to design an invitation and information booklet for their annual Christmas Leap frog fundraising event. The event is aimed at nurseries and is a fun and educational game for kids to take part in.
This project required a number of cartoon frog illustrations and the design of a frog mask for the kids.
Thanks to Bedlam Paintball for lending us a paintball mask to display this on fort the photograph. None of us were up for the embarrassment of donning the green kiddies masks ourselves for fear we would appear more attractive than normal.

80s TV (UK edition)

Dec. 3rd 2009

Following on from our dip into 80s TV last month we bring you the cream of the crop from this side of the pond. Albeit a crop that suffered from drought and pestilence. Having reflected back at a golden era of TV we can safely say that the Americans know how to do entertainment.

FSB Scotland

Dec. 3rd 2009

We’ve recently completed the FSB Scotland’s Lobbying Guide which, as it says, is a handy guide to understanding the lobbying process. As well as providing tips on lobbying and what channels to go through it also tells you what MPs, MSPs and Councillors do and what areas they deal with. The small fit-in-your-pocket format is ideal to carry around without being overbearing and again we’ve ensured that brand consistency is carried through in the use of style and colours.

NGenTec generating interest

Dec. 3rd 2009

As reported last month we’d created branding for NGenTec, a spinout company from Institute for Energy Systems, in the School of Engineering at the University of Edinburgh. They’ve recently been featured in Business7, Scotland’s only dedicated business newspaper and are looking to secure £4million of funding to commercialise their technology which makes wind turbines more efficient. Derek Shepherd, of NGenTec, was quoted saying: “Our technology has the potential to revolutionise the renewable energy industry by making wind power cheaper and more reliable.” We’ll bring you more news as to how they’re progressing and wish them all the best.

New-U show their class

Dec. 3rd 2009

We’ve recently completed a Tele-Class workbook for coaching company New-U. The classes involve teleconferenced group discussions and exercises for coaches facilitated by a highly experienced coach trainer/tutor allowing self-directive development for participants and their coaching behaviours. The workbook is to be used to structure thoughts and record key learning insights before, during and after each class.

39steps are also in the process of redesigning the New-U website and we look forward to bringing you more info as the project progresses.
