39steps attract NGenTec

Nov. 5th 2009

ngentec_logoWe’ve just finished working on an exciting branding project for NGenTec Limited, a spinout company from Institute for Energy Systems, in the School of Engineering at the University of Edinburgh. Developed with funding from Scottish Enterprise under the Proof of Concept programme, NGenTec are developers of multi-MW direct drive permanent magnet generators and providers of specialist electro-mechanical engineering services for the power engineering sector. The key to the C-GEN technology is the elimination of undesirable magnetic forces, which brings with it benefits in ease of manufacture, ease of assembly, and a significant savings in cost and mass. We designed a corporate identity, stationery, events banner, posters and a website.

39steps share a Kindred vision

Nov. 5th 2009

kindred_logo39steps have recently rebranded SNIP (Special Needs Information Point). The new name for the organisation is Kindred and 39steps have designed a corporate identity as well as information posters. Kindred provides valuable advice and information on services available to children with additional support needs and their carers. The new identity is friendly and welcoming, with its rounded nature, and subtly makes a play on the word ‘Kind’ within the name. We look forward to working with Kindred and bringing you a glimpse of the work we’ve done soon.
