Having perfected our range of confectionery, we launched our handmade chocolates and fudges at the Edinburgh Speciality & Fine Food Fair in May this Year. This was the first time we had exhibited specifically to the trade and we won “Best New Product of the Show” with our Apple Crumble chocolate. We wanted to create a chocolate that embodied one of our great national puddings giving people a real sense of pleasure. Come and see us at Cafe Knight in Colinton on 14/12/07 for a real Hot Chocolate promotion day where all hot chocolate served will be made with real chocolate, white, milk and dark as well as a special single origin hot chocolate.
